Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made at worldkit.store, operated by Worldkit Soccer GmbH ("we", "us").

No voluntary returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or any other reason outside of the exceptions listed below.

Personalised items

Jerseys customised with a name and/or number are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@worldkit.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Verified cases will be resolved by replacement or, where replacement is not possible, refund.

EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal

Customers resident in the European Union or United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a non-personalised purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact contact@worldkit.store within the 14-day period. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
