Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of worldkit.store (the "Site") and any purchase made on it. The Site is operated by Worldkit Soccer GmbH, Breitenweg 15, 4616 Hägendorf, Switzerland ("we", "us", "Worldkit"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

2. Products

Worldkit sells fan-style football jerseys. Colors, fonts and badges shown on the Site are stylised fan designs and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FIFA, any national football federation, any club, or any sportswear brand. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the item delivered.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are exclusive of customs duties and import taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and authorised.

5. Personalisation

Personalised items (custom name and/or number) are made to order and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded once production has started. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any text you submit. We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests that are unlawful, offensive, infringe third-party rights, or that we otherwise deem inappropriate.

6. Shipping and risk

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer on delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and the Worldkit name, is owned by or licensed to Worldkit Soccer GmbH and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldkit’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order. Worldkit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hägendorf, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
