We ship worldwide from our supplier in China.
Processing
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Personalised jerseys (custom name/number) may require an additional 1–3 business days for production.
Delivery times
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- Europe: 8–15 business days
- North America: 10–18 business days
- South America, Asia, Oceania, Africa: 12–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier capacity.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If your order is marked delivered but not received, or has not arrived within 40 business days of dispatch, contact contact@worldkit.store with your order number.
Incorrect addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
